He or she, in turn, will manage all of the work performed by Fairfield Enterprise employees and subcontractors – and interact with your insurance company if yours is a restoration project. Your Fairfield Enterprise manager will provide you with detailed cost estimates not only at the start of your home improvement or restoration project, but at every milestone, and in advance of every decision you will be asked to make about options, features, and modifications. As your prime contractor, Fairfield Enterprise will oversee and coordinate the work of one integrated team, including our own employees and any subcontractors, to ensure the project meets your – and our – exacting standards, and to ensure your work is completed as quickly and cost-effectively as possible.
