- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Typically I default to hourly rates, first hour will always be billed fully. There is a minimum of 24 hours notice required for cancellations or rescheduling.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by getting an understanding of the work, I give my customer an estimate for their project and then schedule a visit where I continuously keep my customers updated about the project and its progress
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My grandfather was a professional carpenter and I myself was trained to be a car mechanic. I flipped a few homes and did all the work myself.
