What an exceptional experience we recently had with Lee and his crew. From the initial consultation throughout the installation process, the customer service and quality of the work were amazing. Be prepared for an owner - Lee - who knows his products inside and out and provides gentle guidance for helping you to make the best choices for your home. All done with friendly professionalism, efficiency and courtesy. The crew worked full days and were meticulous in completing the large project of hardwood floorinstallation on the first and second floors, as well as bringing the stairs to life with a matching stain and finish. And, they thoroughly cleaned up each day and left the work areas spotless. Very highly recommend.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to meet the customer at their property to measure and discuss the best flooring choices. We will send an estimate to the customer quickly and competitively.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Install, sand and finish new hardwood and all existing hardwood. Stain new floors and old floors to match. Install new or refinish treads and risers on stairs. Help select and install new tile or vinyl floors. Natural stone and tile installation. Move furniture, appliances and plumbing. Remove/dispose of the existing floor. Remove/return baseboards and furniture.
