Certified in Mindfulness Coaching and Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP). I wanted to transition into tech, specifically into the UX space, but I lacked confidence and knowledge on how to successfully transition.
Then, I met Alex.
Since day 1, Alex has been such an empowering coach and mentor to me and helped me through this major growth period. I love how I can have authentic, open dialogue with Alex. She challanges me to reflect on my experiences and think about how I can set impactful goals for myself. Through Alex's knowledge and unwavering encouragement, I've learned how to focus on being intentional and cultivate a sustainable balance of healthy habits in my daily life and career.
