Ryan did an awesome job cleaning my empty apartment after I moved out. The leasing office gave me my entire security deposit back and told me they had never seen a cleaner apartment! I needed this cleaning done the same day and Ryan got to my place within the hour. Fantastic job and will definitely use him again!

Ryan from Move-Out Butler did an amazing job on my apartment! I was in a jam and needed someone to pop over to my old apartment the next morning to get it cleaned right before my move out inspection. Ryan did so great, that the leasing office sent me an email stating that they have never received an empty apartment in such perfect condition before! I needed a cleaner in a matter of hours and Ryan showed up, ready to work! He was super detail-oriented with the kitchen and bathroom areas which impressed me! I think it was cleaner when he left than the entire time I lived there! He was very polite and professional too!

A HUGE shoutout to Ryan who took on my house!!! You rock! He paid close attention to and nailed all the important places like the baseboards, doors, blinds that would’ve taken me weeks to clean. Pricing is highly customizable to your cleaning needs, however, our standard rate for a 1-bed/1-bath apartment is $199. Usually, the price will increase by $25 per additional bathroom/bedroom.
