- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a member of the American Immigration Lawyer's Association which provides a wide range of resources regarding recent changes in U.S. Immigration law. I also am updated via email by the Board of Immigration Appeals of their recent and important decisions. Additionally as a member of the Virginia Bar I must take continuing legal education classes approved by the Virginia Bar Association.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My parents are immigrants and I speak Spanish fluently. I also like helping people.

Complex immigration and naturalization cases; Deportation & removal defense in Baltimore, MD & Arlington, VA Immigration Courts, particularly Criminal Alien cases; Adjustment of Status to that of Lawful Permanent Resident Status; Perm Labor Certification Applications; Relative Alien Petitions for Family Members; Petitions for Alien Workers; H-1b Visa Applications for Professional Workers; NACARA, TPS and Asylum Applications; and Cancellation of Removal cases for Permanent Residents and Nonpermanent Residents
