- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For repair work, we have a standard hourly rate. For installations, it really varies. We work with our clients to stay within their budget, whether it ranges from a several hundred to several thousand dollars. Our team is trained to complete balanced and beautiful installations across a range of scenarios.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For new installations, we prefer to meet with our clients in person, to go over design objectives and see the property. Typically, we do this as part of a free night time demo with battery operated lights. We have found that seeing the lighting effect speaks volumes and it facilitates a cooperative design process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have centralized training in Richmond, VA for all our employees, to go over the finer points of outdoor lighting design and installation. We also have specialized training in Nashville, TN with our primary manufacturer.
