- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes, there is a one time appointment fee of $25.00 that is paid in advance. That is non-refundable. Minimum time of 35 to 45 minutes is $45.00.The minimum counseling session are three to five meetings, depending on the nature or the duration of clients problem needs. Basic services fees are $55.00 to $75.00 for two or more persons in each session. No cash. Money orders or credit cards payable to Counseling Exchange Services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First thing First is to be positive by focusing on the new clients problem.Experience is an excellent teacher that when you have passed through deep waters and have overcome issues of your own, it gives a professional counselor a working process of understanding the needs of another person. To be respectful and to show interest in understanding the behavior and the sources of information that is presented in each session by the customer or client.

Professional Concepts and Techniques of Counseling, Counseling for Family Violence and Abuse, Counseling Families with Relationship Issues, Counseling in pre/post Marriage, Counseling in Grief,Guilt and Self-Esteem Problems.
