FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on the specific scope of work, materials required, and project complexity. We provide detailed, itemized estimates so customers understand exactly what’s included—there are no hidden fees. Every project is unique, so we tailor our pricing to ensure the best value for the quality of craftsmanship we deliver. For larger or repeat projects, we may offer volume discounts or bundled pricing options. We’re always happy to review plans or photos in advance to give a fair and accurate estimate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process begins with an initial consultation to understand the customer’s needs, scope, and vision for their project. We review any available drawings, photos, or details to ensure we have a clear understanding of the work. After that, we provide a detailed estimate outlining the scope, materials, and timeline. Once approved, our team schedules the work and assigns a dedicated project lead to oversee communication and progress from start to finish. Throughout the process, we maintain transparency, provide updates, and ensure quality craftsmanship that meets both client expectations and industry standards. After completion, we conduct a final walk through to confirm every detail is finished to the customer’s satisfaction.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team has years of hands-on experience in natural stone installation, architectural precast, and historical restoration. We’re trained in OSHA safety, scaffolding, and historic preservation techniques that meet National Park Service standards. We’ve completed work at major sites like the White House and Arlington National Cemetery, and bring the same level of care and craftsmanship to every project big or small.
