- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I always include the nail trim, ear cleaning, teeth brushing, and anal gland expression (if wanted or needed) in any service that I do. My prices are based on the size of your pet, whether or not extra time will need to be spent on heavily matted dogs, and what kind of grooming you want for your pet.

- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always been a huge animal lover and advocate. During high school I always had dog walking and pet sitting jobs. After high school I obtained my cosmetology degree, but decided to put my knowledge of hair cutting and apply it to cats and dogs.
