- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our mold inspection fee is $99. After the inspection, we provide a clear written estimate based on the affected area and the work required. If you proceed with the remediation, the inspection fee is waived. We explain all costs before beginning any work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin by discussing your concerns and scheduling an on-site inspection. Our technician identifies the affected areas, determines the scope of work, and provides a detailed remediation estimate. If approved, we contain the area, remove affected materials, clean and treat the space, and complete a final walkthrough with you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our technicians are trained in professional mold inspection and remediation procedures, including containment, safe removal of affected materials, air filtration, moisture control, and thorough cleaning. We follow established industry practices to protect your property and prevent cross-contamination.
