- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is smashing the competition. With over 10 years in the moving industry at $80 per hour, that includes 2 movers, equipment, and a 16ft truck. There's a $2 per mile travel fee and a 3 hour minimum. At $90 per hour with a 3 hour minimum, that includes 2 men, equipment, and a 26ft truck. There's a $3.00 per mile travel fee and a 3 hour minimum.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once I gather the basic information such as inventory and work locations, then I'm able to quote a customer.
