I had a disastrous experience with The Opal Group that nearly jeopardized my entire case. They botched a critical court filing due to severe internal communication failures and a paralegal who repeatedly lost documents and made basic formatting errors. Despite paying a rush fee, the team struggled for days with simple electronic uploads to PACER, forcing me to step in and file everything myself at the last minute to avoid a dismissal. To make matters worse, the owner, Ike, had the audacity to suggest we "meet halfway" on the fee after their incompetence almost ruined my legal standing. This is a fly-by-night organization that lacks the professional competence required for sensitive legal work; avoid them at all costs.
