- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer upfront, transparent pricing with no hidden fees. Transportation starts at $125/hr, and private tours start at $375 for 3 hours. Airport transfers and long-distance travel are quoted based on mileage, group size, and travel time. All pricing is confirmed before booking.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I confirm your date, pickup location, group size, and the service you need. Once everything is set, I send a clear quote and lock your time slot in the schedule. I stay in communication leading up to the service and provide updates on arrival time. You’ll always know what to expect before we start.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a licensed Washington D.C. tour guide with over 10 years of experience providing professional transportation and guided tours. I’m trained in VIP guest service, defensive driving, customer care, and group logistics. I’ve safely transported families, executives, and large groups all over the DMV.
