- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are straight forward and will be provided once a potential client reaches out to me.

Each Client has different goals and needs. It's important for me to gather insight on each client to find out what motivated them to begin this Health & Fitness Journey, what their fitness goals are, do they have any medical history I should be aware of, if they had or currently have any injuries, what is their current activity level, whats a realistic activity frequency per week they can commit to train with me and on their own, and how soon can they get started. Communication and commitment from each other equals healthier lifestyles.
