I’m a Chief People Officer and HR Executive with over 20 years of real-world hiring experience for Fortune 50 companies (like AT&T and Concentrix), nonprofits, healthcare organizations, and startups. I'm starting my own business doing what I love in HR. My pricing is simple and flat: $50 for entry to mid-level, $70 for senior-level, and $100 for executive/C-suite. Each project includes a 10-minute video mock interview where I give feedback on your executive presence, STAR storytelling, and confident delivery. Thumbtack charges me $20 if you reply (whether you hire me or not), so please respond only if you're ready to roll. LinkedIn profile creation is an additional $50. I have a LinkedIn Recruiter account ($10k/year) and can show you how you rank among your competition better than the Premium service they offer! Let's work together to get the job you want!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I stay ready so I don't have to get ready! To get started, you can send your existing resume, LinkedIn link, or a job posting you’d like to tailor toward. From there, I’ll deliver a professional, ATS-optimized draft within 24 hours, along with notes and your optional 10-minute video mock interview.

I hold multiple HR and leadership certifications (SHRM-SCP, SPHR, and CCP) and have led recruitment and talent strategy at organizations like the British Embassy here in DC, Concentrix, and AT&T. My 20+ years in HR leadership mean I know exactly what hiring managers and executives look for and how to make your resume rise to the top of the stack. I have my MBA with a concentration in Human Resources Management.
