- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have standard rates listed on our website but offer our Thumbtack customers a discount, they deserve it!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to get the details! What's the theme? Color scheme? Type of event? We cater the props and colors to coincide with each and every event because we want to seem like part of the over all picture and not stand out like an after thought.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My wife and I both have degrees in the arts. Music, Theatre, and Dance! Our lives have been dedicated to entertaining people and giving them a memorable experience.
