I have nothing bad to say about my experience. From the initial phone call through the receipt of the affidavit, STW Research & Investigation Services was very professional. Not only did Harry explain thoroughly how the process works, but he also worked with my schedule, and reimbursed me with no questions after I realized that I only needed to serve one party instead of two.

Mr. Ponack responded immediately to all of my requests and questions, but was never pushy. This was my first time needing a process server, and it was also my first time using Thumbtack. He walked me through the process, was straight-forward with expectations, fees, and timeline, and followed-through in every way. His prices are more than reasonable, he was able to serve the Tenant on the first attempt, provided a response immediately after service, made arrangements per my request to pick up the document the next morning and to exchange payment, followed up by phone, text, and email, and even added in extra information about the status of the property which was quite helpful. I will definitely use his services again and he helped make an intimidating process for the first time, much easier.
