Our condo association has been using services provided by Kris and his team for the last 8 years. We recently had a new roof and very happy with the quality of work. Most importantly, Kris was willing to work with our budget and offered few options to chose from. The communication was great and the work was performed as scheduled. Look forward to many more years of partnerships.
