Really great people that go above and beyond. I am so grateful that we worked with CJ Roofing they caught a lot of issues and fixed them quickly so that we didn't have any Big issues! What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is up front and never changes from the price we quoted you, unless we run into unforeseen problems in which case you’ll be notified in writing before we go any further.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We come and inspect the property and give you a written estimate. Then if we agree on terms and sign the contract we’ll get you scheduled to do the work.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
My grandfather started a roofing company in Brooklyn NY in the 1930s, and I’m a third generation roofer.
