Kanse replaced an LED panel light with a new light fixture, installed some pendant lights, and some floating shelves. She was friendly and open to making adjustments and slight corrections where needed. Great attitude!

She was very punctual and kind. Giving her a star because she really did put forth a lot of time and effort, but ultimately we had to pay an electrician to come fix it. There was a lot of wire left over when she was finished, and we were having a party, so we had to wrap it around the fixture itself until we could have someone re-hang it. This was our first time with a chandelier like this, so when she was done, we genuinely believed that the fixture itself was defective. We even called Wayfair to return it. It wasn’t until we had family over that someone told us that it was a shotty job. I called her and she did agreed to come back (another reason I added a star), but the fact that she didn’t know that the wire should’ve been clipped in the first place felt like too novice of a mistake, so we didn’t want to risk it. We wish she would’ve let us know from the onset of the job that she wasn’t quite sure about it and we wouldn’t have had to pay twice.
