- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I usually price the work based on a case by case basis depending on the work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I interview the customer to determine whether I can complete the job. Determine the time necessary to complete the job and provide the customer with a budget estimate of how much the job will cost. In addition, depending on the job, I may review the customer's reputation. I also may request a retainer from the customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree with Concentration in Accounting from Howard University. I am a Certified Public Accountant License in DC, MD and VA. I have prepared income tax returns for Individuals since 2001. I worked for Income Tax Company in Virginia 1995 & 1996 preparing Income Tax Returns.
