Ashby has been doing my taxes for the past 8 years, and I never had a problem. He is patience with customers, and he knows his tax laws. If he unsure about something he will do his research and get back with you. I'm glad he is my tax advisor.

I have used Mr Dalton for many years now and I have always found him to be extremely professional, courteous, extremely attentive to my requests and he never fails to follow up on any and all issues that I may have concerns about. He presents me with a quality product in the end and always in an expedited and timely manner. I was initially impressed with his explanation and knowledge of current tax rules, and over the years, he has never disappointed me! His fees have always been reasonable and a great value. I can think of no negatives when evaluating Mr. Dalton. I highly recommend Mr. Ashby Dalton; his service is impeccable.

• What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

  I usually price the work based on a case by case basis depending on the work.

• What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

  I interview the customer to determine whether I can complete the job. Determine the time necessary to complete the job and provide the customer with a budget estimate of how much the job will cost. In addition, depending on the job, I may review the customer's reputation. I also may request a retainer from the customer.

• What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

  I have a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree with Concentration in Accounting from Howard University. I am a Certified Public Accountant License in DC, MD and VA. I have prepared income tax returns for Individuals since 2001. I worked for Income Tax Company in Virginia 1995 & 1996 preparing Income Tax Returns.
