As a certified tennis instructor with over 20 years of competitive experience, I bring top-tier training and expertise to players of all levels. I was Serbia’s #1 ranked junior, a national team member, and earned a WTA point in 2017. I played Division I tennis at the University of Maryland on a full scholarship, earning multiple ITA Scholar-Athlete honors and a conference sportsmanship award, before competing at Hawaii Pacific University while completing my master’s degree.

Vera does a great job of tailoring her lessons to the needs of the student and keeps them responsive to what is actually happening during the lesson rather than sticking needlessly to a script. She expertly communicates technical changes and chooses thoughtfully the exercises which will help cement understanding and mastery. Personally, after each lesson with her, I am able to recognize the situations she modeled and am greatly appreciative that she has prepared me to respond to them. I am no doubt already playing better because of her and plan to work with her more in the future.

I have approved my game since I started working with her. I think it is tough to find a coach that is really committed to the progress of their players. But it is not the case here. I discovered many things about the game that I haven’t before. I was introduced to physical and mental preparation, strategy, and clean technique. My love for the game became even bigger.
