- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have pricing guidelines, but each project is different. We strive to be flexible and will work within a given budget to best achieve the project goals. We offer 10% discount for small non-profits. We will consider pro bono work depending on workload, ability to pay, and benefit to the community.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Many simple projects can be described in an email. As project requirement become more complex we will require greater client engagement (via phone, etc) to address: Goals, budget, schedule, logistics, etc. We ask, "What does success look like?" A great way to answer this is to find a video example that helps us understand: Look & feel, scope of work, etc.
