Mr. Mike was very responsive to my initial inquiry. He immediately sent out Jerell who was very helpful in assessing the damage and explaining what needed to be done to rectify the issue. Jerell showed up timely and went over and beyond to remediate the water issue and how to ensure we didn’t have the same issue in the future. He and his assistant made sure to wear shoe covers and put everything back like they were never there. I would highly recommend Jerell’s at Restoration 1 of Washington DC

Very professional and will do a top knock job. Very detailed in capturing all of the damages and taking pictures that you will need to file your claim with the insurance company. Matter of fact they send them for you. I strongly recommend their service to all who are seeking restoration clean up.
