The restoration 1 team is great! Very organized, communicative, and thorough. We unfortunately had to move forward with a contractor recommended by our insurance due to scheduling conflicts, but otherwise would have utilized their services. They scheduled the inspection one week out from when we originally contacted them, did a thorough inspection, and we received the assessment and mitigation plan the same day as the inspection.

Desmond and Yemane arrived on time and were very professional and responsive about the water damage mitigation. They kept me up to speed on what they were finding and were quick to let me know if the scope needed to change or not. Desmond and Yemane did a wonderful job of keeping the area contained and were extremely great at keeping the house clean, both during and after their work. I would absolutely use both of their services again.

Many thanks to Daquan, Luis, Steven, and Patrick who located two different leaks and cleaned up significant damage in our home. Also thanks to Benji who assessed the issues and prepared the estimate. Everyone was professional, thorough, and great to work with. The team left the house clean and mitigated the problem efficiently.
