What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge $125 for a service call fee and $150/hr with a minimum of 2 hours
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We usually book a service call with the client to discuss and evaluate the project.
After evaluation, we give the solution and quote. Once accepted, we perform the work at the most convenient time for the client and our current capacity.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have a team of Licensed Master Plumbers. All MEP jobs are performed by licensed technicians.
