FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I take your yoga, Reiki, and overall wellness experience seriously. I work to make sure that you have something that truly fits your needs. I’ve done quite a bit of training and have deep experience in this work. My goal is to make it so that you can take this work in as your own, and know that I am always here to help if you need anything.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my 500hr YTT in Power Yoga Ashtanga and my 200 hr YTT in Hatha/Vinyasa. I have also studied Trauma Informed Yoga, Yoga Therapy, and fitness informed yoga. I have designed my own yoga and kickboxing classes to produce a hybrid experience that allows for anyone to get a full body workout grounded in self care.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I took my first yoga class at my local YMCA in 2004 when I was in high school. I thought the class was weird (particularly the “OM” at the end), but I really enjoyed trying the postures. When I read in Bop magazine that Madonna did yoga every day, I decided to keep trying it to see what it was all about. I eventually found other teachers, and learned how diverse the practice is. It’s been a long journey, and it only continues to evolve. I always have something to offer other just starting yoga because I’ve constantly inspired by the fact that I always feel like there’s something new for me in this practice after all these years. The same goes for Reiki. I am always happy for others to learn.
