- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes. I attend trauma-sensitive yoga therapeutic training annually. I practice yoga daily, and I attend workshops and retreats monthly and semi-annually, respectively to keep my skills sharp.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
After working for a decade in law firms I became burnt-out and depleted. Yoga helped me with my stress and eventually, after developing my own strong practice, I decided to quit my job and commit myself to Teacher Training at Flow Yoga Center in Washington DC. Yoga has changed my life.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Customized lesson planning around injuries, surgeries, and working with the individual and their unique body type.
