What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first thing I have my clients do is go through their expectations of the services that I'm providing. Then, I'll have them fill out a form that will provide me with more detailed information. I like to make sure that we both have a good understanding of how our relationship will work so that all expectations are met.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelor's degree in Accounting as well as an MBA in Business Administration. I'm currently studying for the IRS Enrolled Agent exam and have recently passed the first part. This will allow me to represent clients who are being audited by the IRS as well as requires me to take a certain amount of continuing education credits to stay licensed.
