- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I read everything tech. I try to stay up on everything, especially in my field. But you can't keep up with the "joneses" at all times. Better to focus on your field of study to provide the best service possible, otherwise you have lots of knowledge and no focus.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Viruses...nasty little devils. They are pain to have and sometimes a fearful thing to those that can't fend for themselves in this deceiving .com generation. But rest your fears, we'll take care of it...no worries.
