- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try meet cater to the customer's specific needs and offer fair, competitive pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we discuss the client's specific needs. It' always my top priority that they love their photos. Once the goal is clear we move to the planning phase. I like to make sure my client's know what to expect before, during and after the photo shoot. Once the products are delivered I follow up to ensure the customer is fully satisfied.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Attended the Defense Information School in 2001 for Basic Still Photography. Associate Degree in Photographic Technology from Carteret Community College, 2014
