- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We aim to provide a high level of quality in our work compared to our competition, and this is reflected in our pricing, however, our pricing can be very seasonal, we run more discounts in the summer months when business slows down with everyone on vacation and spending their money elsewhere, such as on trips and flights!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We take your name, email, phone number, and address for the service and like to come out in person for a quote. It's optimal when we can meet you in person and get to know you a bit, but it's not required. After we visit the property you get an estimate within 24 hours, and usually in the same day. Communication is important to us and we stay in contact from start to finish, making sure everything is lined up and you know what to expect.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
When we come out to perform an estimate, we like to explain our process to our customers and give them a really good idea on what to expect. We encourage everyone to reach out to us for anything, even if it's tips for keeping their home clean on their own. We are the experts and don't mind sharing our knowledge, but will gladly come out to perform the work and save you time!
