- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I don’t believe in contracts! I WANT you to WANT my cleaning service. I don’t want you to feel forced to stick with it. I am offering 20% off for all new clients that schedule reoccurring cleanings. (Weekly, biweekly, monthly) I am offering a $50 referral bonus! Refer a friend, neighbor, or family member and receive $50! I do not have any cancellation fees. Life happens, I get it! Just please give as much notice as possible and never feel bad for cancelling you cleaning.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer I always make sure they feel welcomed and comfortable being open with me. I explain our cleaning process top to bottom, introduce them to my helper, and I always ask my customers to give me a list of their three most important things they want cleaned. When the cleaning is complete I always reach out to ask if they see satisfied.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always been great at organizing, and I love how satisfying Cleaning is! I worked for other cleaning companies for several years before I decided to start my own!
