FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide competitive pricing to get your building cleaned. Our standard quotes are a guideline of what it takes to do the job right. The more frequently we clean your facility, the lower the price per service. We have an easy to understand one-page Service Agreement, and we do not lock you in to a long term arrangement - we aim to prove ourselves month-to-month! We use specific production rates to estimate the time that it will take to take care of your building, taking into account the industry (e.g. banks, medical office, restaurant, church, conference center, etc.), types of buildings (e.g. production facility, storefront, general office, etc), floor type (e.g. concrete, ceramic tile, laminate, etc.) rooms/spaces (e.g. conference rooms, restroom, kitchen, etc.), and the respective services (dust, mop, vacuum, window wash, strip and wax, etc.). Based on your input, we get a very accurate estimate of the labor-hours and materials needed to meet your unique requirements.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We schedule an appointment with you to review your requirements and to measure your facility. Usually within 24 hours of meeting, we provide a customized proposal to outline frequency of service, work to be performed and pricing. Once we have a mutual agreement to move forward, we schedule a walk-thru with your team and our cleaning associate(s) to make sure we fully understand the scope of work and to review our customer binder which contains a Communication Log, Schedule of Work, Material Safety Data Sheet and Quality Control sections. From initial meeting to first service, it typically takes one to two weeks for implementation.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
System4 employees are certified through the Spartan Clean Check program, and routinely participate in industry specific training programs. System4 has Global Biorisk Advisory Council (GBAC) certified technicians to perform COVID-19 fogging and sanitizing.
