- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Mister Sparky is a franchise electrical service and repair company .Our pricing is straight forward but flexible for our customers. We do give discounts to senior citizens, first responders, and military workers. Customers can also receive discounts by signing up for a selected membership with us which can give them 15%-20% off of all services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process is for customers to first connect with our call takers to provide all details for services being requested and to schedule a time for a technician to come out. Once a technician arrives to the customers home, all requested items are elevated and a free safety check of the customer electrical panel/outlets is taken place. This is done to ensure that our technician who may be completing the work is safe and to provide the customer with a detailed report of things that would be important for them to know. The customer is then giving a quote on requested services. No work is done until customer agrees and signs off on estimate.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We take pride not only educating our technicians with weekly trainings so they can provide great customer services and complete the requested services correctly, we also make it our duty to educate all of our customers on home safety.
