- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Parker Electrical Maintenance provides free estimates and flat rate pricing to identify and repair electrical failures. We offer itemized estimates for upgrades/ remodels, and repairs. This includes troubleshooting of flickering light issues, inoperable outlets, switches, replacing faulty breakers, wiring, and supply materials to correct electrical hazardous safe and efficiently.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Upon initial consultation, Parker Electrical Maintenance assesses the customer's needs, sets a schedule to view the proposed work requested, and develops a itemized estimate (and contract as applicable) to plan and perform the electrical work. In addition, we identify any issues which may alter a requested installation/ repair, and mutually agree on solutions to achieve professional results within Code.

Master Electrician license- Delaware, New Jersey & Maryland; 30 years as electrician (commercial, industrial, railroad, residential) Construction Electrician and Project Management; Attend Bi- annual and Tri-ennial NEC update courses; Currently facilities maintenance supervisor Project estimating
