- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer competitive quotes with multiple options customized for each homeowner. We understand the process of painting your home can be a complicated one, so we give you complete control over what work you'd like to cover for each option. We require a 20% deposit upon signing and collect the balance only after you've undergone a thorough walk-through with one of our representatives upon completion of the project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Premier Touch Painting makes it easy! We simplify the process of painting your home so that you're never left wondering what's going to happen next. 1) Schedule your FREE estimate with one of our representatives. We will meet you in the comfort of your own home and conduct a thorough needs analysis at a time convenient for you. 2) To reserve a spot in our schedule, we require a 20% refundable deposit and a signed contract authorization to do the work on your home. 3) Within 1 week of reserving a spot, you will get a phone call from our production manager to narrow down a potential start date. On this call we will also address any other concerns or details that need to be managed prior to starting work on your home. 4) 1-2 weeks before the start date you will need to determine your paint colors. We offer a FREE color consultation with a Sherwin-Williams color consultant that can take place in your home. 5) The week leading up to the job you can expect phone calls to keep you updated on the estimated start date and any changes in our work schedule. 6) During the job, we will let you know what time you can expect us to start work each day. We will talk with you daily about the progress of the job and any concerns so we can address those right away. 7) Upon completion of the job, we will do a final walk through to confirm your satisfaction before collecting the final payment. We will also ask if you are willing to fill out a short survey letting us know how the process was for you. Your feedback is extremely valuable to us!

Our Sales and Production Representatives have extensive experience in customer service and satisfaction. We take pride in our ability to coordinate, schedule, and communicate with homeowners who - let's face it - have a lot more on their minds than just a painting project! Our Painting Professionals have over 20 years of experience in residential and commercial painting. They are licensed, insured, and also practiced in the general repair and carpentry skills often necessary to make a paint job look as fresh as possible.
