What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge a very competitive flat fee for the inspection, the testing, lab analysis and reporting. Only the additional samples client requires are paid extra.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We prefer the customer to be present during the inspection. Thus we can answer all his/her questions and show him/her on site all the issues we find.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Master of Science in Engineering degree. Mold Inspection and Testing certificates.
