I engaged Ebright Engineering to help inspect for mold at my property (a single family home of 4000sqft) which had some minor water damage. Bobby (Owner) showed up on time, took time to explain the process, made it clear what was included in the quoted price and offered additional sampling for additional cost. He was very thorough, took his time to inspect (almost 3hrs), performed air quality measurements for free and sent a detailed inspection report and remedies in 3days. Would highly recommend his services.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge a very competitive flat fee for the inspection, the testing, lab analysis and reporting. Only the additional samples client requires are paid extra.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We prefer the customer to be present during the inspection. Thus we can answer all his/her questions and show him/her on site all the issues we find.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Master of Science in Engineering degree. Mold Inspection and Testing certificates.
