I hired Alberto to stain my deck, I got three quotes, his price was near the least expensive but not the least. I chose him because of how he was going to do the job, offered to do more a thorough job. He came when he said he would come, completed the job when he said he would complete the job and his work was top notch. Will definitely use him again!!!

A&A was great help, I had to rehab a rental that was trashed by the tenants. They completed my job on time and quickly so I could move new tenants in. I initially just called them for painting and some other repairs, but then they were able to help me complete several other projects I needed done. For example, I had an old exterior staircase and they were able to reinforce the structure and make it safe. They will also be rehabbing my old deck and strengthening a wall that’s starting to lean. I will be using A&A for many future projects. I am very thankful I was able to find them. A good contractor is hard to find. With A&A I now have someone I can trust to help with the work I need done at a fair price. The other tenants living here also said A&A was very nice & friendly while working on site.

Alberto Solano has been working diligently for over 6 months to help us upgrade our new home (New for us! built in 1949) . He started with painting the exterior but then he was so thorough, meticulous, and reliable that we had him continue to complete the following projects: 3 exterior door installations (French doors), sidewalk brickwork, brick repair on exterior, mortar repair, post rail fence installation, drywall repair, window repair, crown molding, cupola installation, painting of pavilion and outdoor fireplace, stove/ oven installation, including partial removal of granite countertop and cabinets, and installation of a large concrete pad for our hot tub.
If he can't do it himself he has a friend who can. He has also managed to get us reasonable prices for electrical work.
Alberto is literally a jack of all trades! he is always professional, honest and just a down to earth great guy! We trust him completely!
Alberto we wish you lots of future business and continued success...but don't forget that we need you for future projects in the spring!

Sloppy work. Told us he would be there Saturday, Sunday and job complete Monday. Cancelled Saturday, showed up Sunday and then not again until following Friday. Job not complete until following Saturday.
Did not discuss payment plan ahead of time but demanded half pay during the job. After the job was already supposed to have been complete but was not. Seemed like he was going to drop the job half way instead of finishing.
Job was completed after I said “you said yesterday the job would be completed tomorrow. I will pay the full amount then “

Tell the truth...why don't you say that your house had not been painted for years...that house was given 4 coats of paint...I told them which paint they would buy. They didn't want me to buy it...they wanted it cheap... They bought the worst paint...I didn't charge them extra for the two coats...that were given...because it didn't say that the job was 75% finished and he didn't want to pay...he wanted to give me $200...he The last day I was there I told your mother to buy paint to give her the fifth hand...and I wasn't going to charge her absolutely anything...you want to put me in a bad light in front of my clients...but my clients know how job and what kind of person I am...
