- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As a Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor, I take a course whenever a new version is made available. This is a two or three day online course.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
In 1994 I got a call from a client who said that she was going to DelTech to learn QuickBooks sothat she could use if for her husband's construction business. I said great idea. I called DelTech and asked if there was still room in their class for QuickBooks. I am one of those people who have to sit in the front row in seminars and classes. The instructor asked everyone to tell the class "Why are you here"? I was one of the first to respond. "I came because one of me client's was comming and as it turns out there are two here. I felt that I should at least know as much about QuickBooks as they do."
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
