- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a one-time free on-site evaluation and free initial estimates. Our billing is pretty simple, we do hourly fees for Service type work, and Custom Flat Fee for installation type work. We are an authorized retailer for all your electronics needs, this insures anything we quote you is going to be at the best manufacturers prices and with full warranties!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
In most case we will need to schedule you for a free On-Site Evaluation. This allows you to meet our Pros and for our Pros to better understand what your looking for. From there we will design your system and send you a quote via email for you to review.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our company is an active member of CEDIA, which is a professional organization that is standard in our industry. All of our Pros undergo continued education via CEDIA, manufacturer, and other training and certification.
