A repair of two blocks of 4 inch concrete including the installation of a new side walk water valve cover assembly. Work was done expertly and quickly. Fine job at a reasonable price. -- M.B.Bey 06/14/2016
Excellent work. Analyzed and fixed the problem, plus serviced and cleaned my water feature.
Chris did a painting job and replaced the kitchen faucet in my apartment in January. Overall quality was good and communications with Chris were smooth.
Mr. Marshall does commercial and residential jobs. I have utilized Mr. Marshalls services for many projects including plumbing, carpentry, and heat pump problems. In my kitchen he has installed a dishwasher, stove, new sink and faucet, a water filter system, a vinyl floor and also painted and caulked the walls. He also replaced two water damaged doors with new handmade cabinet doors that matched the existing doors perfectly. In my bathroom he installed a new vanity, faucet, toilet, medicine cabinet, custom shelving, a shower rod, and done repairs to the tub and shower faucet. Other jobs he has done for me include installing a central vac which I love, replaced and relocated my water heater to a more suitable location in my home, completed a beautiful tile job in my entry way and deck repair. Mr. Marshall is skilled with his work and is a problem solver. He has been able to complete difficult jobs that other contractors werent willing or able to complete for me and also for friends who I referred him to. He is skilled at dealing with inspectors, permitting and is able to cut through the red tape involved in dealing with county organizations. As a single woman I trust him to do the work I need fairly and correctly and I have referred him to several friends who have also become repeat customers. He has done basement waterproofing, well/septic repairs, and ran gas lines for friends of mine. I highly recommend his services
Not sure where to begin! Tim has done so much work for us from roofing to plumbing to remodeling our entire kitchen, floor to ceiling & everything in between! He has been doing home improvement projects for us since 2007. We own and operate a bed and breakfast on a small, remote island in the middle of the Chesapeake Bay. This presents a whole range of challenges, not the least of which is getting materials to the island from the mainland! In addition, our home was built @ 1915 and, as with most "old houses", has many "unexpected" hidden problems that lurk behind walls, under floors & in ceilings. Tim has always managed to deal with each challenge, efficiently, effectively, & miraculously , with very little exception, stays within the estimated budget. Running a B&B, it's important to have work completed before guests arrive, that the Inn looks attractive, warm & welcoming, and, above all, that EVERYTHING works! Tim gets "kudos" in all areas! When he says a job will be done by a certain date, it's gets done & done well! He is a perfectionist & pays attention to even the slightest detail, insuring that it meets HIS standards, which are usually even higher than ours (and we're pretty particular since my husband is an engineer & has remodeled many a home!). Tim transformed our outdated, inefficient kitchen to one that is a pleasure in which to prepare gourmet meals for guests. As in most homes, this is where everyone congregates! While making it a showplace fit to be featured in a magazine, he maintained the "country kitchen" charm that invites guests to sit around the island & visit while watching me cook! The fact is, no matter what project Tim has done for us, large or small, it has been done well! He is a gifted craftsman who takes pride in his work which is reflected in the completed product!

I hired Eric and his team for a bathroom remodel converting a half bathroom/laundry room into a full bathroom and a separate laundry room extending into our garage. His price was competitive with other contractors but his confidence and knowledge got him the job. From day one I knew we hired the right company for the job as they got here early and were flat out throughout the project. The craftsmanship was professional and they didn't cut any corners. The end product was the bathroom of our dreams fully tiles and with a beautiful frameless glass door for the shower. In fact he did the extra little things like replacing entire cast iron sewage pipe to pvc to endure we don't have a problem in the future. They exceeded our expectations so much that we hired them for 5 extra days to help with other projects around the house like new wood flooring, new cabinets, new tile ceiling, updating plumbing features, updating electric and even some hardscaping work in our pool area. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for work fine to their property and will be more than happy to be a reference.
Gave very good service, polite and courteous. He was very professional. He is from my area, which is good. He disconnectded my old washer, (old washer hoses were rusted and hard to loosen from exhisting Hot & cold water pipes put together my intake water system to new washer and set it up and tested it to see it was working He called me at 3Pm and arrived at 4Pm This was the arrangement we made by phone and he did exactly that.........Very pleased with him
Anthony showed up on time and even though he couldn't fix the issue (a removed water meter that turned out to be broken), he was up-front about it and gave me what he claimed was a 50% discount on the work. (Who knows what he'd really have charged anyway). I'm hiring him for another job so we'll hope for a more final outcome on that one.
We were looking to have a full bathroom gut and remodel. We wanted to have the floor plan switched around as well to have a better flow. We had a lot of contractors interviewed but Bryan seemed to be the best choice for us for this renovation. One of his best features is when he says he will be at your house at 7am him and his helper are usually there at 650am. Even for our first interview he was always on time. That's very important when your doing a renovation especially when you have a timeline and deadlines. Bryan and his helper were very kind and respectful of my home. They never did anything without my consent which I thought was awesome. They keep my wife and I informed every step of the way. Another thing that really impressed me with him was once the renovation was over we had to wait 72 hrs for our grout to dry to seal our grout torn the shower and floors. We told Bryan that we would do that and gen didn't have to come back for that. We already paid him his money in full and he still came back after we said we will handle it ourselves after being paid his money. That spoke volumes to me cause he cared out our product and he wanted to make sure the work was done to husband specs which is Grade A. I highly recommend Bryan for you renovation needs. Take a look at the before and after pictures as proof that he know she what he is doing. He will always be my contractor from here on out.
Charles did a fantastic job helping us with a water leak associated with our washer - ended up not being an appliance issue but a clogged pipe. He has a great attitude and wants to solve your problem. He went above and beyond the job and helped with a few things in addition to the issue at hand. Didn't change the price and he was enjoyable to be around. Charles is VERY knowledgeable about the washer/dryer aspects (and is happy to give you input on ongoing maintenance to prolong the life of your products). We would definitely use Charles again in the future.
