The technician came in and was immediately ready to work. All my stuff was still boxed, but I could tell he had done this quite a few times already. Anyway, he helped me make a decision about placement which I am very happy with. At some point, he realized the screws for the mount were not compatible for my TV, but he had a whole host of screws with him and was able to immediately fix the problem. Plus, he came with all his own equipment (I've heard horror stories). He had not installed a mount like mine yet, but I thought that he did it quickly, especially by himself.
