- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is uncertain given every client presents different needs. Pricing is based on volume and time frames. My services per hour range any where between 20.00-30.00/hour. Some less depending on the type work. One time project and blocks by the month are also available.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Always start with a warm welcome and a very brief conversation that is not work related to bring comfort to the customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Doing my line of work is basically a common sense type of work. Having knowledge within several industries helps with three types of issues that can arrise.
