First of all, I liked all of the choices (Professionalism, Work Quality, Responsiveness, Punctuality, and Value), but Thumbtack is only letting me choose three! Mark is awesome! I asked him if he could put in a toilet in the next week and he offered to do it the next day. After getting his quote and agreeing, he showed up and got right to work. After showing me his work, I asked about a few other small jobs we needed done. He was back the next day to complete all the work. I will not hesitate to call Mark the next time I need a plumbing issue addressed.
