- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is competitive, we offer no contract cancel anytime. Discounts are offered to pre-payment of an annual or seasonal service such as waived initial fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a conversation to understand the customer’s needs, goals, and any specific challenges they’re facing. This can be done via a call, text, email, meeting, or questionnaire. During this stage, we ask questions to gather as much context as possible to provide the best solution tailored to their situation.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked with 2 pest control companies in the past, with 5 years of experience. I have my licenses in General Pest & Fumigation.
