- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Investing in your health and well-being is the best investment you can ever make. I have many pricing and package options available for a variety of budgets, as well as many free resources available on my website.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I offer all prospective clients a free 30 minute consultation in order to determine whether we are a good fit for each other. If a client isn't a good fit for me, I will refer her to an appropriate practitioner that I know and trust. If the client and I are a good fit for each other, we will schedule an assessment session, which sets the baseline from which we will measure progress throughout the coaching relationship. After the assessment, a client's program will be designed specifically for her needs and goals and our sessions will vary in content and structure depending on those needs and goals.
