- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing system is not complicated. I will charge between $40 to $60 per hour, depending on whether the subject matters are regular or advanced levels, the student is primary, middle, or high school. College level courses and most advanced maths or sciences may cost a bit more per hour.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I assess their range of knowledge, looking for both strong points and weak points. Then I plan out an individualized program that will work for that student.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have two MA degrees and a PhD, and even did a post-doctoral stint at the Winterthur Museum in Delaware.
