My little over a year old Shark upright died - the roller part. Called Aerus and talked to Logan. He told me I could bring it in to have them check it out but before I spent any money on that to contact Shark - they might replace it. I had avoided doing that thinking it was over a year old, no way would I get a new one. Well thank you Logan for the advice! A new vacuum is on it way. Good to get info from an honest company and person.

Wanted to thank Aerus for solving our water issues. After 5 yrs of complaining about water quality, we had Aerus do water testing . They installed a filtering system that removes chlorine and nitrates . What a difference in water quality. Tom and John did a great job on installation Fast and clean. Thank you very much Wish I had done this earlier. Now with our water softener and filtering system the water is completely changed.

Needed service on my filter queen and Logan was incredible. Very knowledgeable and though he did show me the aerus alternative to my aged filter queen I did appreciate the non-high pressure sales pitch. What a gem. He knows his stuff and my vacuum was returned to me same day with some recommendations for some additional service my girl needed. Again, no pressure. Thank you Logan.
