Julio performed a window installation and a repair of a different window which had internal leak, Julio was prompt and very helpful, a joy to work with and very nice young man. His knowledge of windows is extensive and his installation was professional and very nice. I'm going to get him involved in another project soon. John.

Just wanted to leave a quick review for Julio. Even though we did not use him for time's sake, we really appreciated his expertise and helpfulness over the phone. We had a broken window and his price point and knowledge were great, but even though he was willing to come first thing on Monday, we needed something Saturday evening and so went with another recommendation. We would use Julio in the future if anything else might come up.

We enjoyed MyHandyAngel's professionalism and courtesy when dealing with our home issues. We have had the pleasure with working with him on 3 different occasions. I have to say, my husband is a good man but (as he would agree) a bit hard to please as a consumer and a little untrustworthy thru having had experienced some rather unpleasant letdowns from OTHER "bigger", highly advertised companies. Not to mention, their customer service was horrid and lack of concern with clients' needs as soon as payment was received. Now that you have a little background as to where my husband gets his lack of trust in this field of work, in comes a breath of fresh air just by speaking to Julio (HandyAngel) or as we nicknamed him , Angel ..lol ..and you get a sense of someone who really cares for the business and his clients. He is also fair on his prices. Not ridiculously expensive like those huge companies who we had to pay "extra or surcharge" this and that. Also I have to say, after all the deception from the bigger companies and BEFORE finding Angel, we unfortunately were placed in a situation of even being left with a half finished job when we were referred to an independent "contractor" (which i can't see how he even really could have earned that title) from a friend. I should have been a bit suspicious when he came to our house with a simple unmarked truck. Who knows if this was just that guy's "side job" because if it was really his passion/business one would think that he'd have a website or atleast a phone number on his truck! Well, that's not the case with our contractor. You can definitely see the pride and respect he has for his business and clients stamped all over his van with phone numbers and a website along with some pretty unique artwork on the van. He even has the American flag laid out on his dashboard which my father (a veteran) enjoyed to see and talk his ear off about past events, etc. I felt embarrassed since this was our first encounter with Angel, but we soon came to realize that he wasn't just a drone-like, insensitive contractor. He is a real family guy and enjoyed listening to my father's stories while getting our first estimate completed. A real people-person who gets along with every demographic , especially with the elderly (which I just had to mention since it can be difficult to find with some companies lacking the respect and PATIENCE that "Angel" portrays) as I speak from my dad's experience and 2 other neighbors whom I referred him to aswell . He ALWAYS calls or texts you back no matter the issue. No job is too small and his humility is shown through the concern to schedule you asap for the "estimate/job" . He always tries to make time for our jobs while obviously respecting the ongoing one he may be dealing with at the time. Even if the job is out of his line of expertise he will let you know (as my neighbor Jenny had said after Angel recommended another gentleman for her home issue which worked out wondefully for her and the family). Great experience to date ! I Highly recommend MyHandyAngel! I'm someone who is just passionate of giving praise when it's due and if that helps another person with getting there house up and running then I am happy to help with my reviews. Businesses beware ! I'm out reviewing while you are out there doing what you're doing. So i expect quality!

i work on a hourly and a daily base or per job. whatever is cheaper. around $50 per hour per men. around $450 per day per men. or per job. we included. deliveries. disposal all tools and warranty.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
i always want to create a great first impression. i love to help even if i dont get a job . i can always give a good advice.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
i learned it all by watching and by correcting my mistakes and 16 year doing construction. can teach a lot
